Michele Roys’ career spans 20 years over diverse sectors. A highly accomplished HR professional, her reputation as a results-driven expert and her exceptional ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders can be traced back to her extensive corporate background, which has taken her to 10 countries on four continents.

​Michele's global perspective, forged through her travels and work experiences in varied cultural landscapes, has deeply enriched her insights and approaches. Her exposure to different workplace dynamics and cross-cultural interactions has provided her with a unique vantage point, equipping her with a rich tapestry of experiences that she draws upon in her writing.​

Beyond her corporate achievements, Michele has dedicated herself to social causes. She co-founded and managed operations at Hope in Motion, a non-profit organisation in Ireland for 9 years. Her commitment to volunteerism and community service earned her the prestigious President Volunteer Award - Gold.​

Michele received her  BBS in HR Major & Entrepreneurship from the University of Limerick, where she achieved an outstanding grade of 1.1. Her academic excellence was further recognized with the Kemmy Business School/Northern Trust Outstanding Scholar Award, highlighting her exceptional performance in BBS & Human Resource studies.​

Michele lives in Limerick, Ireland with her husband and two teenage sons.
